In short, if you work with standalone PCs (desktop and/or laptop) and you occasionally or regularly need help from someone with broader and deeper experience with this technology, then give David a call. You may be an organisation, a charity, a professional working from an office or home, or a home computer user.
Many of my clients are professionals who need their computer equipment to be working efficiently, but who work alone so don't have colleagues on-hand to help with technology issues.
You may be anywhere in London - Chelsea, Greenwich, Ealing, Camden, Richmond, Wandsworth - it doesn't matter as long as you are within two hours travelling time of Clapham (by public transport). There is no callout charge (but see fees for details of minimum charges)

- Microsoft Exchange environments
- Games consoles
- Most computer repairs (please ask for details)
David's Approach
To help you decide whether to investigate further, here are a few assumptions and guiding principles that David works by:
- You need your computer system working properly so that you can get on with your real business. You are prepared to spend a reasonable sum to achieve that - and may budget for it on an ongoing basis.
- You need to know you can trust your IT Professional - expertise, experience, reliability, accuracy, flexibility, communications skills, commitment, patience, punctuality, discretion, and integrity are all important to you.
- You appreciate that a consultancy rate of £55 per hour is reasonable for over 25 years of real, hands-on, experience backed up with references. In some circumstances, discounts are available on these rates.
- You don't need/want to be bombarded with technical information and you are not interested in "megas" and "gigas" apart from knowing you have the right stuff.
