Normal working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-18:30 but please note:

• If you call when I am with a client then I may or may not be able to take the call. Please do leave a message.
• We may be able to arrange visits outside of normal office hours if necessary  – ie early evening or at the weekend.
• I do not usually answer phone calls after about 7pm, but you can leave a message at any time as voicemail is always active on both numbers.
• If you leave a message asking me to contact you urgently then I will do my best to respond as soon as possible.
• If you leave a “non-urgent” message outside of normal working hours I will call you as soon as possible after the start of the next normal working day.
