Most computer training programs have major drawbacks for home users and busy professionals.

• They are expensive
• A lot of the material may either be irrelevant to you or pitched at the wrong level
• What you need to know may be missing
• There are only limited opportunities to ask questions
• Large classes can be intimidating and inefficient
• The class dates and times may not suit you
• You may not have the time for lots of classes

How about this for an alternative:

• You make a list of all the things that you need some help with and all the questions you want to ask
• You send me the list
• We discuss it
• I quote you a price and an overall time requirement
• We agree a schedule
• We do it - side-by-side in front of your own computer

Training in this way can be delivered in "chunks" as small as 90 minutes and can cost as little as £75. Training can be scheduled at any time of the day. It can even be scheduled in the evening - finishing at any time up to 9pm, subject to a small additional charge.

If you need help with a program that I do not know, then I will offer you a special rate for us to explore it together. Apply my 25 years of PC experience to your specific questions and we'll probably find the answers you need in a tiny fraction of the time. Alternatively, if you have specific problems in areas unknown to me I will quote you to research the problem wherever possible and practicable.
